Refund policy

When ordering at www.perikles.be "Perikles" a possible return period of 14 calendar days after delivery is applicable, unless explicitly excluded by www.perikles.be

The Customer has the right to return the goods delivered on the following conditions:

(i) the goods must not be damaged or used. The original package must be available;

(ii) the goods must be in a state for re-selling by Perikles;

(iii) after receipt of the returned goods by www.perikles.be, the order will be canceled. Any amount already paid by the Customer will be returned within 30 days of cancellation to the account of the Customer from the original payment.

(iv) cancellation of orders must be made in writing to info@perikles.be and returns need to be sent to Perikles Comm.V., Nieuwstraat 25, 3360 Bierbeek, Belgium.

(v) Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited to Perikles from Customer's credit card or Paypal account will be credited to Customer's account within 30 days of your order provided that the goods are received by Perikles in the condition they were in when delivered to Customer. If Customer does not return the goods or does not pay the costs of delivery, Perikles shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to Customer.

(vi) Perikles recommends that Customer asks for a receipt from the postal service as proof of posting as Perikles cannot be held responsible if the returned item is lost in transit.

 

The following goods are explicitly excluded from the right of return:

1. goods ordered for business projects;

2. Custom made goods. Such specially ordered and/or customized goods cannot be returned
